Mortgage banks, Home Loan investors and even the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) continue to raise the bar for those of you interested in becoming homeowners. Credit standards have increased requiring consumers to have higher credit scores to qualify for a home loan.

So after years of analyzing thousands of credit reports, our experienced team of Mortgage Consultants developed a plan to help credit challenged borrower’s get approved. Our mortgage credit restoration program is called “Home Loan Credit 101.”

The instructional CD is designed to help new home buyers as well as existing home owners review, correct, improve, and or maintain their credit profiles. Whether it's called a loan modification, mortgage modification, restructuring, or workout plan, it's when a borrower who is facing great financial hardship, having difficulty making their mortgage payments and is facing foreclosure, works with their lender to change the terms of their mortgage loan to make it affordable.

The workout plan varies by lender, but changes could include temporary or permanent changes to the mortgage rate, term and monthly payment of the loan, the past due amount could be rolled into the loan, and the new balance re-amortized.

We added Mortgage “Workout” Assistance to our core business practice in 2005, primarily to provide aide to our existing client base. Over the years, we’ve gained valuable experience and have a much better grasp of the immediate needs of both, the homeowner and the lender / servicer.
